Once the review is completed, our Client only needs to select the best property option for the company. When a decision is reached, our efforts will then turn to completing the preferred option for the Client with professional follow-up support to insure occupancy on time and in budget.

Traditional Landlord / Tenant relationships are not the only choice for securing needed leased facilities. Alliance Partners can develop properties for your firm as an “Agent” developer, representing your financial and operating interests throughout the process. Compensation is through shared profits with our Clients when the property and lease are sold to a selected owner.
